Experience

Since qualifying, Holly has worked as an occupational therapist and as a specialist hand therapist. In this time, she has treated a wide range of traumatic injuries and routine conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow both here at UH Sussex and previously whilst working in a major London Hospital.

Professional Interests

Holly is committed to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves following a hand injury and to helping others who have longer term conditions to best manage these by developing confidence and autonomy in self-management. Holly has interests in managing traumatic injuries of soft tissue and bone. She is also interested in the treatment of joint stiffness and other possible complications of injury, including pain and CRPS.

Personal Interests

Holly is a Mum of two active little girls and is most often found at the local parks and play centres. Holly would describe herself as a horse enthusiast, although the busy nature of being a Mum precludes this for now! When she gets time, Holly mainly enjoys reading, walking locally and spending time out in nature as much as possible.
